This adorable 3 bed, 2 bath mountain home may be our first home! It’s a short sale, which everyone has told us could end up being a nightmare and not to get our hopes up, but our offer has been accepted by the seller and is with the banks now.

Say a prayer that we get it! (I really hope this post doesn’t jinx us)
